About Us

Veridicor LTO is a team of global experts with decades of experience in securing stakeholder approval for companies operating in challenging markets.

Our team includes diplomats, industry specialists, and business strategists who understand how to turn stakeholder engagement into a competitive advantage.

Businesses often underestimate the influence of local communities, regulators, and government agencies. Without their support, even billion-dollar projects can stall, leading to costly delays. That’s where Veridicor comes in—we help companies measure their level of stakeholder approval and take strategic action to strengthen it.

We have over 25 years of experience in leading large-scale trade, finance, agribusiness, infrastructure, and energy projects across Latin America, Asia, and Africa. We are a team of experts who have spent our careers making stakeholder approval a business asset.

We believe in enlightened self-interest—helping businesses build strong stakeholder relationships because it creates long-term value for stockholders. Our approach ensures companies can operate efficiently, profitably and with minimal disruption.

Solutions and Services

Companies often overlook a critical component when venturing into a new project in uncharted territory: their LTO (sometimes called a “social license to operate”). By underestimating the power stakeholders have in disrupting operations or ensuring their success, companies fall short of maximising their profit on a project.

Veridicor helps companies assess how they fare in a specific region by conducting a thorough stakeholder study and presenting the findings in a clear, easy-to-understand evaluation.

What’s the difference between a threat assessment and Veridicor’s license to operate evaluation?

A threat assessment identifies and evaluates risks—such as legal issues, environmental concerns, or political opposition—that might harm a project or business. It focuses on what could go wrong and how to mitigate those potential problems.

In contrast, the Veridicor license to operate evaluation measures the level of approval and support you have from local communities, government bodies, and other key stakeholders. Rather than just pinpointing risks, it reflects whether you’ve built the trust and positive relationships needed for smooth, long-term operations.

At Veridicor, we offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to support your business’s journey toward achieving and maintaining operational approval:
