The Certified SPA Analyst credential is awarded by passing a professional examination grounded in the License to Operate (LTO) framework. This is not a training course. It is a professional competency examination. A study guide is available to support preparation.

Stakeholder Prosperity Assurance (SPA) is Veridicor’s prevention system. License to Operate (LTO) analysis is a core diagnostic framework within that system.

Stakeholders are anyone who is not an owner or manager but has the power and interest to support or disrupt an investment. This includes community groups, multiple layers of government and bad actors.

How to obtain the certification:

Step 1 – Register: Create your account using a valid email address. (Please ensure the email address is entered in lower case, e.g., joseph@gmail.com)

Step 2 – Role Activation (typically 1–2 business days): Your account will be reviewed and assigned the appropriate role.

Step 3 – Access the Certification Dashboard: Once activated, you will be able to log in and access the platform dashboard.

Step 4 – Select a Certification Plan: Choose the plan that applies to your individual or institutional enrollment.

Step 5 – Complete Payment and Activation Online (Real-Time): After payment verification, the official study materials and examination will be released to your account within 24 to 48 hours.

Step 6 – Review the Official SPA Study Materials: Prepare using the official SPA guides and exam support materials.

Step 7 – Complete the Professional Examination: Sit for the Certified SPA Analyst competency examination on the platform.

Examination Policy

  • Minimum Passing Score: 80%
  • Maximum Exam Duration: 240 minutes
  • Number of Attempts Included in Payment: Two (2) attempts within a 30-day period from the initial test date
  • Retake Waiting Period: A mandatory 72-hour waiting period is required between attempts
  • Retake Fees: One retake is free unless otherwise specified in the candidate’s registration agreement. Any additional attempt requires full payment and grants a new two-attempt allowance within a new 30-day period
  • Certification Validity: The official certification is valid for five (5) years from the date of successful completion
