Sustainability, unearthed.

Inclusive mining for a sustainable tomorrow. V-Prosper delivers the right financing, in the right way, at the right time to mining regions — in commercially realistic ways, so that productivity, development and quality of life advance together.

Around 45 million people in 80 countries live off artisanal and small-scale mining. Operations are often small, informal and unprofitable. Transforming this into meaningful development means matching the right capital to the right projects — building communities and protecting the environment in which they work and live.

Stakeholder Prosperity Bonds explore v-prosper solutions

The division

Financing sustainable mining and community prosperity.

Sustainable mining isn’t taking minerals from the ground and leaving communities empty-handed. V-Prosper’s model supports the formalization of small-scale mining to strengthen local economies and enhance quality of life, while advancing the security of global minerals supply.

Where traditional mining investment concentrates value outside local jurisdictions, V-Prosper prioritizes people, planet and shared economic value — investment that is regenerative rather than merely extractive. The division is directed by Rob Karpati.

What we offer

Insight into impact-focused mining finance strategies
Structured programs designed for community and environmental benefit
Real-world models for sustainable ASM development
Capital-markets discipline applied to social outcomes

Empower communities

Local development and dignified livelihoods that empower mining communities — reducing operating risk and building durable trust among stakeholders.

Invest in the future

Security of future minerals supply depends on partnerships where capital unlocks sustainable growth. V-Prosper creates pathways for investors, partners and communities to benefit together.

What we do

Authentic solutions across artisanal mining value chains.

V-Prosper integrates and delivers solutions focused on artisanal mining value chains that unlock financial, social, environmental and economic value. The scope is global: artisanal mining, small and medium-sized large-scale mines, and modular infrastructure from refining to solar power — across gold, other precious metals and stones, and critical minerals.

Why we do it

Value and values.

The intent is fairness: stable, predictable, equitable business practices that improve lives while increasing value for all. Dignity is at the heart of fairness — which makes dignity central to how every program is designed and delivered.

How we do it

Integration

Diverse capabilities brought together for last-mile outcomes in financially viable ways — from targeted finance and ground-level engagement to traceability and validation that sustain gains.

Authenticity

Solutions designed at the intersection of values and value, with partners whose track records are proven. Program design starts with direct miner input and measurable social-impact indicators.

Accountability

Goals are set, progress is measured against them, and results are shared — with dashboards and project-level reporting, and focus redirected as conditions on the ground change.

Flexibility

Modular frameworks adapt to the economic, cultural, regulatory and business realities of each place rather than imposing one template.

Clarity

A common language for miners, stakeholders and capital: validated, discrete asset classes that make opportunities understandable.

Our ecosystem

Implementation runs through a network of partners, collaborators and standard-setters whose experience on the ground sustains program outcomes — from responsible-mining standards and traceability technology to blended-capital structuring and conflict research.

Anchor partnership

A regional LSM and/or government partner supporting the program, potentially participating in offtake schemes.

04

Aligned miners and neighboring communities

Demonstrated local desire to participate.

05

Clear scope definition
